WHY DRINK JERMUK?

IT’S NOT SPARKLING MINERAL WATER, IT’S NATURALLY CARBONATED!

Normal sparkling mineral water is fortified with carbon dioxide by unnatural means.

Very often Doctors do not recommend consuming sparkling mineral water due to very hard bubbles causing gas in the blood. Jermuk is born naturally-carbonated. This means the bubbles are tiny and soft and disappear quite fast once opened.

Natural bubbles are needed in the mineral water, they act as a natural preservative and breaking a chain of crystallization of the salts and minerals. Jermuk Naturally Carbonated Natural Mineral Water with natural mineral content usually has a strong and slightly salty taste.

Did you know we are losing minerals even when we're not active?

Our bodies use different formulas made up of many minerals, salts, and vitamins that keep us going. Even as we breathe we are exhausting those essential vitamins and minerals. The more active you are, the quicker you burn through them.

Looking at more complex functions like breaking down food or absorbing nourishment into the bloodstream these minerals are depleted even faster.

Absorbing minerals through water is the easiest way for your body to get the most in. Up to 98 % absorption using minimal energy.

You are what you drink

Muscles are 75% water. Our blood is 82% water and lungs are 90% water. The brain is between 85% and 95% water and our bones are 25% water.

Water is essential to regulate body temperature. It transports nutrients and oxygen to the brain and major organs. Water also removes toxins from the system and protects the joints and organs.

Being even just 2% dehydrated can seriously degrade physical and mental functions
